We are conducting a search for two new EXPERIENCED Loan Officers to join our team. The Loan Officer will be responsible for the development of new business receiving inbound leads.

Job responsibilities:

• Taking inbound calls/making outbound calls

• Educating borrowers on the loan process from beginning to end

• Knowledge and complete understanding of TRID, QC, QM, DODD FRANK, UCD, LE, CD and the entire loan process.

• Proven tack record processing-- MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE!

• BRE sales license is a huge bonus

• NMLS License is a huge bonus

• Deep understanding of correspondent and brokered loans

• Deep knowledge of Calyx Point and Encompass

• No criminal or negative business history
